At a home in Gloucester Massachusetts we were thankful the customer called the morning he discovered the
water in his basement. He had had 2 prior floods and was educated in he risks of watching and waiting.
There was 1200 sf in the basement and about a third of it was wet including a carpet that had no pad

We were called to the home of a family in Marblehead, Massachusetts.
They had a kitchen fire, and were quite upset and overwhelmed with the fire and smoke damage that occurred.
It was important that they called us the next day, because time is of the essence when dealing with this type of damage.
We take pride in making the fire damage restoration process as smooth as possible and we dealt with their insurance company
directly to remove them from the hassles of dealing with those details at this emotional time.
